Job Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Oversee the receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming goods.
• Manage the picking, packing, and dispatch of orders to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
• Proficiency in relevant warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
