Job Overview

The Supervisor will oversee daily supermarket operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, staff coordination, and adherence to company standards. You will serve as a crucial link between management and frontline staff, maintaining high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily supermarket operations and staff activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and facilitate stock management procedures
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
• Train and mentor team members on service excellence
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years supermarket or retail supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
