Job Overview

The Supervisor – Home Meal Replacement will oversee daily operations of our prepared food service, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. You will manage team performance, food safety compliance, and inventory while driving sales through effective supervision and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Home Meal Replacement section
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Train, mentor, and manage team members for optimal performance
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
• Maintain quality control of prepared meals and ingredients
• Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• High school diploma minimum; relevant certification preferred
