• Job Seekers, Talents or MorrLents: Individuals, Professionals and talents seeking job or project opportunities.
• Employers or MorrPloyers: Employers, companies, organizations, or individuals posting or offering job opportunities.
• User: Any person accessing or using the MorrJobs platform.
• Personal Data: Any information that can be used to identify a user, as defined under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

3. Eligibility

To use MorrJobs, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• This app is suitable for all age groups.
• Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

MorrJobs reserves the right to verify your identity and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

All users (Talents, and Employers) must:

• Provide truthful, current, and complete information.
• Use the platform ethically and professionally.
• Refrain from posting fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.

Employers (MorrPloyers) agree not to:

• Post fake or exploitative job offers.
• Discriminate on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, or disability.
• Demand money or favours from applicants under any circumstances.

5. Service Use and Limitations

MorrJobs provides an online space for posting, finding, and applying for jobs. We do not guarantee employment, project success, or hiring outcomes.

While we strive to verify postings and user profiles, MorrJobs is not liable for:

• The conduct of users on the platform.
• Accuracy or completeness of job listings.
• Agreements made between users on and outside the platform.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. MorrJobs processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

Data We Collect:

• Registration details (name, email, contact, professional information).
• CVs, job listings, and communication between users.
• Technical information such as IP addresses, cookies, and usage statistics.

How We Use Data:

• To create and manage your MorrJobs account.

Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for services rendered within the last six months.
