Job Overview

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that ensure the timely procurement of high-quality raw materials and ingredients. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
• Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics

• Reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of food industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
