Job Overview

The Senior Risk Analyst will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating a broad spectrum of risks across THT’s operations in Nigeria. This role is crucial in safeguarding the organisation’s assets, reputation, and its ability to deliver on its mission of accessible and reliable healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Conduct in-depth risk assessments, including financial, operational, compliance, and strategic risks.
  • Analyze risk data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Design and oversee risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented controls and risk management processes.
  • Prepare detailed risk reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Foster a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk analysis or management, preferably within the financial services or healthcare sector in Nigeria.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
