Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Merchant Success Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our merchants maximize their potential with Korapay, driving adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction. You will leverage data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding new merchants and guiding them through the Korapay platform.
• Monitoring merchant performance and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Analyzing merchant data to understand usage patterns and predict potential churn.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve merchant engagement and loyalty.
• Providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with our merchant base.
• Collaborating with Product and Sales teams to feedback merchant needs and drive product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
• A passion for financial inclusion and technology in Africa.
