Job Overview
The Officer, Digital & Enablement will play a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of digital products and services. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams to drive digital initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and services.
- Contribute to the ideation and design of new digital features and functionalities.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of digital solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Analyze digital channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive customer adoption of digital platforms.
- Provide support for digital enablement initiatives and training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven understanding of digital banking concepts and technologies.
- Experience in project support or coordination within a financial services environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
