Job Overview

The Internal Audit Manager will lead the internal audit function, providing independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. You will report to senior management and work collaboratively across all departments to identify risks, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans aligned with organizational risk assessment
• Conduct audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

Requirements

• Professional qualification (CIA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 7 years internal audit experience
• Strong knowledge of risk management and governance frameworks
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
