Job Overview

The Process Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of PET manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and environmental regulations. This role is crucial to maintaining the high output and quality for which Engee PET is known.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes using control panel systems.
• Perform routine checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating as necessary.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
• Operate ancillary equipment such as pumps, valves, and conveyors.
• Participate in quality control checks and sample collection.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Process Operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably PET production.
• Understanding of chemical processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret process diagrams and operational manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Basic computer literacy.
