Job Overview
The Operations (Project Services) Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of project services, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and global OEM partners. This strategic role focuses on optimizing operational processes, maintaining service quality standards, and delivering value-creating solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and operational workflows
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project timelines are met
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices
- Monitor project performance metrics and deliver regular reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of operations or project management experience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
- Proven track record managing complex projects and teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
