Job Overview

The General Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Crown Interactive’s Nigerian operations. This pivotal role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to financial planning, management, and reporting, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for the Nigerian entity.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably within a multinational company operating in Nigeria.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian financial and tax regulations.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
