Job Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You will play a pivotal role in supporting HCP’s growth trajectory while maintaining robust internal controls and financial governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Develop and monitor budgets while analyzing variances
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Maintain financial records and implement internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance management
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Nigerian tax and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
