Job Overview

The Chief Compliance Manager will oversee all compliance operations, ensuring adherence to Central Bank of Nigeria regulations, financial services laws, and internal policies. This strategic role reports to senior management and serves as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, positioning compliance as a cornerstone of our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational adaptation
• Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments
• Manage regulatory reporting and submissions to CBN
• Lead compliance training and awareness programs
• Investigate compliance breaches and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance documentation and records

Requirements

• 10+ years compliance experience in financial services
• Strong knowledge of CBN regulations and Nigerian financial laws
• Professional certification (CCCA, CAMS, or equivalent)
• Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
