Job Overview

The Project / Network Expansion Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and expansion of construction and infrastructure projects while developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. You will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring successful network expansion across Nigeria’s diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new construction and infrastructure expansion opportunities across Nigeria
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Develop and nurture relationships with contractors, suppliers, and government stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures
• Prepare comprehensive reports and feasibility studies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
