Job Overview
As Head of HR and Admin, you will oversee all human resources and administrative operations for our organization. This strategic role ensures effective workforce management, compliance with labor regulations, and the development of a high-performing organizational culture across our Nigerian operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations
- Lead administrative operations and facilities management
- Develop training and organizational development initiatives
- Manage disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years HR leadership experience in large organizations
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment law
