Simba Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and infrastructure projects across Nigeria. As a dynamic conglomerate with over 20 years of industry experience, we’re expanding our infrastructure division and need a skilled professional to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects while contributing to Nigeria’s development across our diverse business verticals.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction and infrastructure initiatives from conception through completion. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while maintaining Simba Group’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction and infrastructure projects
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and government agencies
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in construction/infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and regulations
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
