Job Overview

The Sales Manager will be instrumental in leading Snapnet Limited’s sales efforts within Nigeria. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the IT or consulting sectors in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
