As a key member of our Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) division, you will oversee critical offshore operations while maintaining our commitment to innovation, technical excellence and safety standards.

Job Overview

This senior role involves managing all aspects of offshore installation projects from planning through execution. You will supervise teams, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining Desicon’s reputation for quality and reliability in Nigeria’s energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate offshore installation activities and personnel deployment
• Supervise installation teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor project progress and manage timelines and budgets
• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory bodies
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years offshore installation experience
• Proven project management expertise
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Professional certifications in relevant fields
