Job Overview
USP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to join our team in the United States. This role is crucial in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of key programs that support USP’s mission. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the lifecycle of assigned programs, from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to USP’s quality standards and project management best practices.
- Manage program resources, including personnel and financial allocations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a scientific or regulatory environment is a plus.
