Job Overview

The Membership / Business Development Executive will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and expanding membership opportunities and strategic business partnerships for Churchgate Group’s diverse portfolio. This role requires a proactive individual adept at building relationships and driving revenue growth through new initiatives and existing member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new members and partners.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing members and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities aligned with Group objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes.
• Represent Churchgate Group at industry events and networking functions.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential members and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in membership development, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
