Job Overview

The Courier Sales Executive/Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the courier and logistics sector, promoting Resurgir Consulting’s specialized recruitment and HR solutions. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, understanding their unique staffing needs, and presenting tailored service packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients within the courier and logistics industry in Nigeria.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present and sell Resurgir Consulting’s recruitment and HR services effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics or courier industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
