Job Overview

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will play a critical role in demonstrating the power of our AI voice solutions to enterprise clients across Germany. You will be the technical liaison, translating complex business needs into tangible technical solutions that leverage ElevenLabs’ cutting-edge technology. This role demands a deep understanding of enterprise software landscapes and a passion for AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concepts showcasing ElevenLabs’ voice AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored technical strategies and proposals.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the pre-sales and implementation phases.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ElevenLabs’ product suite and its applications within various enterprise verticals.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development and strategy.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar technical role within an enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
