Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional candidates who align with Agbeyewa Farms’ vision and values. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various departments.
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the agribusiness or a fast-paced sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
