Job Overview

The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition and management operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes for our clients and internal operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices within the Nigerian context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or Officer, preferably in a recruitment-focused role.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
