Job Overview

The Practice Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless patient experiences, efficient staff management, and the financial health of the practice. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong understanding of healthcare administration and a commitment to upholding Smile 360’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative and clinical support staff.
  • Oversee financial management, including billing, insurance processing, and budget adherence.
  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for all staff.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare practice management, preferably within a dental setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in practice management software and general office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is advantageous.
