Job Overview

The Head Trade, STCF and Agric Products will lead the strategy, development, and execution of trade, supply chain, and agricultural finance offerings. You will be instrumental in expanding our market share, enhancing product profitability, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for trade, STCF, and agricultural finance products.
• Drive revenue growth and market penetration for these product lines.
• Manage product life cycles, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product specialists.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in trade finance, STCF, or agricultural finance.
• Proven track record in product development and management within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian and broader African economic landscape.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
