Job Overview

The Travel Operations Executive will oversee daily travel operations, coordinate with travel partners, manage bookings, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients to support Encima’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and client communications
• Liaise with accommodation providers, airlines, and ground operators across Africa
• Monitor booking systems and ensure accurate documentation and compliance
• Resolve operational issues and client concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain inventory management and vendor relationships
• Generate operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in travel operations or related field
• Proficiency in travel management systems and booking platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of African travel routes and destinations preferred
