Job Overview

SEEPCO is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Surveyor to join our team in Nigeria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of all surveying activities related to our exploration and production projects, contributing to the integrity and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for various project sites.
  • Interpreting and utilizing survey data to establish control points and benchmarks.
  • Operating and maintaining advanced surveying equipment and software.
  • Preparing detailed survey reports, maps, and plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with engineering and construction teams to provide necessary survey support.
  • Performing quality control checks on all survey data and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Civil Surveyor, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency in using total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and associated surveying software.
  • Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to remote locations.
