Job Overview
The Audit/Internal Control Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the bank’s internal audit and control framework. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive internal audit plans.
- Evaluate and enhance internal control systems across all departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) is essential.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in internal audit or internal control, preferably within the financial services or mortgage banking industry in Nigeria.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and CBN guidelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
