Job Overview

The Fiber Installation Support Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of our fiber optic network. You will be responsible for on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements for fiber optic cables.
  • Perform physical installation of fiber optic cables, connectors, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fiber optic network connectivity.
  • Test and verify network performance post-installation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company installation standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation.
