Job Overview

The Future-X ImpEx Internship Program provides a structured pathway for university students and recent graduates to develop practical skills and industry knowledge within Unilever’s Import and Export department in Nigeria. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to the complexities and strategic importance of international logistics, customs compliance, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing inbound and outbound shipment documentation.
  • Support the coordination of logistics with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting on import/export activities.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the ImpEx function.
  • Gain understanding of trade compliance regulations and best practices.

    • Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
