Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Lifecycle Specialist, Time and Attendance – EMEA, to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of time and attendance data for our EMEA-based clients. You will manage the entire lifecycle of time and attendance processes, from initial setup to ongoing support and issue resolution, contributing to the smooth operation of global payroll and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and setup of new clients for time and attendance solutions within the EMEA region.
- Monitor and audit time and attendance data for accuracy, policy adherence, and compliance with local regulations.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to time tracking, leave requests, and overtime calculations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Payroll and Client Success, to ensure data integrity and timely processing.
- Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for time and attendance processes.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a time and attendance, payroll, or HR operations role, with a strong understanding of EMEA employment regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in time and attendance software and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liave effectively with international clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is a plus.
