Job Overview

The Technical Assistant to the GCFO will provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the GCFO, ensuring efficient operations of the finance department. This role is crucial in facilitating the GCFO’s strategic and day-to-day activities, contributing to the financial health and growth of Norrenberger Financial Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the GCFO with financial reporting, data analysis, and preparation of presentations.
  • Managing and organizing the GCFO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Conducting research on financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the GCFO.
  • Handling confidential financial information with discretion and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or technical support role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
