Job Overview

The Head of Human Capital will oversee all aspects of human resources management, workforce development, and organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in financial services
• Proven expertise in talent management and organizational development
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment regulations
