Job Overview
The MD/CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial health of H. Pierson Associates in Nigeria. This pivotal role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of the West African business landscape, and a proven track record in driving growth and innovation within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision and business plan.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives across target sectors.
- Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and overseas alliance partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of seasoned professionals.
- Ensure financial sustainability and profitability of the Nigerian operations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in consulting or a related professional services field.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and P&L management.
- In-depth knowledge of key sectors in Nigeria and the West African economic landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
