Job Overview

The Senior Finance Associate will be instrumental in managing and optimizing financial operations across the Black Pelican Group and its subsidiaries. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models and tools.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
