Job Overview

The Bakery Manager will oversee all aspects of our bakery department, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality baked goods that align with Tasty Time’s commitment to excellence. This role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for culinary innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bakery operations, including production scheduling and staff supervision.
  • Ensure adherence to strict quality control standards for all baked products.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Train and develop bakery staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
  • Monitor production costs and implement strategies for efficiency and waste reduction.
