Job Overview

The Quality Control Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all Tasty Time Nigeria Limited products consistently meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements from raw material sourcing through to finished product dispatch. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and consumer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Analyze product samples and interpret test results.
  • Document and report all quality control findings and deviations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and HACCP principles.
