Job Overview

The Rental Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the technical oversight, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within our diverse rental fleet. This role is crucial in ensuring that all rental equipment operates safely and efficiently, meeting the high standards expected by Mantrac Nigeria’s customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in heavy machinery and power generation equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical components and systems.
  • Perform electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades as required.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair activities.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in a rental or heavy equipment environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, AC/DC circuits, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
