Job Overview

The Junior Fiber Backhaul Engineer will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of our fiber optic backhaul network. This role involves working closely with senior engineers to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and deployment of fiber optic backhaul solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of network equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections for network expansion projects.
• Support the installation and configuration of network devices.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
• Document network configurations and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of fiber optic principles and telecommunications networks.
