We empower over 10 million Africans in the diaspora by offering multi-currency accounts for seamless, low-fee money transfers to Africa for personal and business needs. Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to spearhead our paid acquisition efforts. You will be instrumental in acquiring new users and driving key business objectives through strategic campaign management across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage and allocate budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of paid social and search advertising.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager reporting).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
