Job Overview

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system at Proforce Air Systems Ltd. This pivotal role ensures all products and services consistently meet or exceed internal and external quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Manage and mentor the quality control team.
  • Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and records.
  • Liaise with production, engineering, and procurement departments on quality matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager, preferably within the automotive, defence, or manufacturing sector.
