Job Overview

Bottleking Limited is seeking a highly organized and creative Event Manager to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution. This role will be instrumental in conceptualizing, coordinating, and delivering exceptional events that align with Bottleking’s brand image and marketing objectives, further cementing our position as the Minister of Enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans from conception to completion.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Source and manage vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, staffing, and equipment.
  • Ensure all events deliver a premium and memorable experience for attendees.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events effectively.
  • Oversee on-site event management and troubleshooting.
