Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

LemFi (formerly Lemonade Finance) is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth and customer acquisition for our innovative neobank serving the African diaspora across North America and Europe. As a YC S21 company, we’re revolutionizing cross-border banking with our multi-currency platform that simplifies sending and receiving money from Africa. You’ll join a dynamic, fast-paced team across our UK, USA, Canada, and Nigeria offices to scale our impact in the fintech space.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven marketing professional to optimize our performance marketing campaigns and accelerate user growth. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape LemFi’s go-to-market strategy while working with cutting-edge marketing technologies and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Analyze campaign metrics and ROI to drive continuous improvement
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with product and growth teams on strategic initiatives
• A/B test messaging, creatives, and targeting strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience
• Proficiency with analytics platforms and marketing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with fintech or SaaS markets preferred
