Job Overview

As Operations Manager, you will oversee all daily operational activities ensuring seamless service delivery across our hotel. You will manage multiple departments, optimize efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding our luxury brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance
• Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain five-star service standards
• Monitor budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
• Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

• Proven experience as Operations Manager in luxury hotels
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of hotel management systems
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
