Job Overview

The Media Engagement & Artist Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media outreach strategies and cultivating meaningful relationships with artists and influencers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for the Nigerian creative landscape, and the ability to effectively represent AG Trinex.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted media engagement plans to enhance AG Trinex’s brand visibility and reputation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
• Identify and engage relevant artists and creative professionals for potential collaborations and endorsements.
• Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations.
• Organize and manage media events, press conferences, and artist engagement activities.
• Support the development of engaging content for various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in media relations and/or artist management.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian media landscape and creative industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
