Job Overview

The Head, Fixed Line Business will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and profitable growth of Spectranet’s fixed-line internet services. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of the Nigerian telecommunications market and a proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies within the ISP sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive market share and revenue growth for fixed-line services.
  • Oversee product development, service innovation, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage P&L, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing fixed-line broadband services.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market dynamics and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
