Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the initial point of contact for ARTEE Industries Limited, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors, clients, and staff. This role is crucial in maintaining a professional and organized front office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant extensions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar role.
