Job Overview

The Store Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s store operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized storage environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory.
  • Organize and maintain stock levels in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Process outgoing stock requests and shipments accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s designated systems.
  • Ensure the store area is kept clean, tidy, and secure.
  • Assist in the identification of obsolete or slow-moving stock.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and accessories is an advantage.
  • A National Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
